200 meter run

max power cleans 135#/95# RX+ 155#/115#

*** Every time you drop the bar … hit the road running.  Your score is total number of power cleans.  Feel free to sub out a 300 meter row instead of a 200 m run. 

Don’t forget the weightlifting class is at 10 am along with open gym time.
