I hope you all had a great weekend! Time to get busy with a bench mark workout that is an all time favorite of mine.

STRENGTH:

Back squats

3/3/3/3/3

*** increase the weight with each set. Do two light warm up sets before you start your sets of 3.  Make sure you break parallel on your squats!!

CrossFit WOD:

“The Chief”

Max rounds in 3 min of :

3 power cleans 135#/95#

6 push ups

9 air squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.  Post full rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.
