If you haven’t been judged for the Open, come in tomorrow.  I have three lined up already at 12 so come in about 12:30 if you are not one of those three.

CrossFit WOD:

5 power snatch 95#/65#

10 weighted step ups (same bar) 24″/20

20 jumping squats

400 meter run

Stay after class for the weightlifting class at 10.  Wear your oly shoes!!

WEIGHTLIFTING WOD:

1 rep max rebound box jump

3 position clean 3 x 5 working up to 85% of 1 rm
