Okay everyone, for those planning on doing a MURPH workout this weekend and have no equipment, this is a nice one that has been floating around.
Take a look and see how you would best tackle this. I’ll be posting it for the weekend.

300 Air Squats
400 Situps
1 mile run
Partition as you see fit
Now on to Thursday. It’s been a few days without burpees and I lied about the running. Its nice out tomorrow.
