MONDAY
Well things are changing rapidly, but much time was spent sanitizing the gym. There are clean buckets and clean cloths in the gym filled with Lysol solution to use post workout to clean your equipment and rig spot. So, for now, we are open tomorrow.
However, that being said, I would like to make some changes to the protocol:
– Let’s limit our work to class time right now. An hour a day for your fitness is solid. So let’s come in on time, hit it hard, wipe down, wash up and get home safely. And hopefully we can keep everyone healthy.
-Let’s, if at all possible, try to leave the kids home. We LOVE having them in, and I know they are not as susceptible, but the danger is that they pick it up and pass it on to Grandma or someone more vulnerable. This is as much about the social responsibility to others as it is our own health. Let’s think of others.
-If you are sick or have been exposed, do not come in. Get in touch with me and let me know and we’ll talk about it.
-BE CLEAN! We have the materials to do this. Let’s be extra vigilant.
This is a fluid situation so things may change by the day. Follow Thor Fitness on Instagram for any real-time updates. But for now, unless it becomes dangerous, or socially irresponsible, or the tanks come rolling in, we’re open.
