Good turnout Saturday and everyone did a great job sanitizing their station after the workout. I really appreciate the effort. There are some big name gyms closing but I’m spending time before and after class working on the rig and other common areas and surfaces in order to keep the gym open.

PLEASE! IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL, STAY HOME AND REST UP!

There is plenty time to get in shape after you’re feeling better.

For SHRED Saturday we have three ten minute stations. We’ll take time to recover and reset the clock in between each station.
