So, it looks like we have a good one for 20.2! We can do this. We’ll talk about it Friday. For Friday’s workout we have some light barbell work with running and rowing. You can come in and get it done, or scale, or enjoy a day off! There’s no strength but we’ll spend some time with our DB Thrusters for accessory work.
