Looks like this is going to be one of the busiest Memorial Day Murph’s! I know there are some of you who are still hesitant to come, but when I tell you anyone can do this workout, anyone can do it. You can scale and modify as needed. If you decide to come last minute, then do it!! We’ll be hanging out eating and drinking adult beverages that morning to celebrate Michael Murphy and all of the others who made the ultimate sacrifice serving our country.
