So who cherry picked on Wednesday???  Snatch balance strength got everyone ready for the workout with the full squat snatch. If you cherry picked this workout, you are missing out on some really important technical lifts. Shame on you!!! Those that showed up were pretty impressive and I give you all props for getting out of your comfort zone and then some ( technical strength and workout.) Remember, cherry picking will not make you a better athlete. Work on things that you suck at.
