I’m really happy to announce the Thor Fitness 2015 team has raised $3,451 for Barbells for Boobs.  My original goal was $2500. Way to go!! Nice job everyone. This Saturday we’ll do the workout “Grace,” 30 clean and jerks for time.  I’ll put two heats together that morning and of course, we’ll have to celebrate after with mimosas.  The weightlifting class will be cancelled for this weekend. 

SKILL WORK:

Take 10 to 15 minutes to work on muscle ups! Get on the rings and work on your swing and false grip.
