This Saturday is Barbells for Boobs! There will be one class at 9 am. The weightlifting class will be cancelled for the day.I hope you all can make it in for a day of fundraising for a great cause and spending the morning with your awesome CrossFit friends.

Add another 5# from the weight you used last week

Try for as many reps as possible of each exercise, not just total score. Post separate totals of cal rowed, burpees and double unders.
