Announcements:

As of tomorrow for the Summer the 6:30 am class is now OPEN gym, which means the gym is open, but no coach is running the class.

This weekend is Murph. Sunday I’ve added another class at 8 am in addition to the 9 and 10. The Murph workout will be the only workout posted along with two scaled versions.  So far the 8 and 9 are filling up. If you want to do Murph, I suggest doing the 8 or 9. No one wants to do Murph by themselves!!!
