Big Chris … one of the pictures he sent me when he was deployed 2010 or 2011(not sure of the year)

Next month marks the anniversary of the death of my friend and former member, Chris Raguso, who lost his life serving our country. Last year an apparel company did a T shirt commemorating Chris and all proceeds went to his wife and two little girls. This year to mark the anniversary of his death they have a new apparel line. All proceeds again will go to his wife and two little girls. If you want to place an order, do so HERE.

And in memory of Chris I will be putting a workout together for him and the 6 other men that he perished with almost a year ago. I will keep you posted on the date and time. It will be around mid March. I will be in touch with his friends that he worked with to see if they will be able to join us in this tribute workout.
