“Cindy”

amrap 20 min:

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 air squats

*** Push ups will be hand release. This will ensure that EVERYONE will get their chest and thighs making contact with the floor and full lockout of the arms. ┬áNo excuses. If you don’t to perform full ROM, you may get a “no rep.” Time to prepare for the Open!! Do not sacrifice your form and range of motion to move faster. This makes for a sloppy athlete.
