I know you’re all excited and in a hurry to get to the gym and workout, but many of you are still not checking in for class!!! Download the Triib app (it’s free) and you can check into class waaaay ahead of time. I know there are a few who are not able to use this app, so click HERE  for the link to use. Bookmark this on your phone and check in for class. I really want to get rid of the Ipad by the door. There really is no need for it if you use the Triib app or the bookmarked link. I’ve had this check in system for two years!! Two years!! Come on now. Just check in.

And another thing, please get to class on time. It’s not too hard to check in and be respectful and show up on time. Life happens and there’s traffic ect … but there are the same people who show up late every single day no matter what time day or night. Please make an effort. Show up on time, get your gear on and get the warm up started on time. Come early if you need extra time to do this.  I don’t want to be that gym owner who makes late people do burpees or punish the whole entire class by doing burpees with the late people. (yea this really happens in other gyms.) We’re all adults. Just do it. Rant over.
