Starting Monday, March 9th Thor Fitness is opening a new class at 4 pm. I’ve had great feedback to this new class opening, but if attendance is low after a month or so it will be closed.

STRENGTH:

snatch grip jerk + ohs + snatch balance (off the rack)

The snatch grip jerk is behind the neck into the overhead squat into snatch balance. Build with each set of one or stay light and work on form and technique.
