The Long Island Fitness League competitions are starting this Saturday at Thor Fitness!  This is a 5 week season that will run from 12 – 2 every Saturday.  We have one Rx Team and two scaled teams competing.  Come show your support and cheer them on!  Also, if you would like to become a part of the volunteer Amp Army judging squad, please let me know.  You must be able to make a commitment to almost all of the competitions.  I will need your t shirt size as well. They will have a schedule as to when each judge will be needed for each competition.
