Wow. Good stuff on Monday. Reps looked great. Speaking of good reps, the 2022 CrossFit Open is in late February. I would love to get a huge turnout for this. We’ll be running the Wods on Saturday, and if you can’t make it in then, .Open gym will be a great opportunity to get it done. And if you can’t work out on the weekends, we can make arrangements for Monday!
A lot of you have made awesome progress in the last year and it will be great to see people doing things they didn’t think they could do.

The approach to this workout is the opposite of yesterday. These are unbroken sprints and you get a rest after each. Let’s hang on to that barbell.
