We worked the push press/push jerk complex Monday and then got the feel of cycling the push jerk in the wod. You guys really did great. For Tuesday we will be cycling light push presses in the wod. We are using the format of interval intensity and then rest. Work hard during those intervals. The idea is all out during the 4 minutes.
