Sue on the ski erg!

For Tuesday we have a full body workout with a moderate barbell for deadlift, some engine work with burpee box jump overs, and some upper body/core work with HSPU or push press. The idea here is that we keep moving. If you have HSPU, get at it. But if you don’t, the scale for this one is DB push presses. This will enable you to achieve the intended stimulus by moving through the wod instead of being stuck on the wall.

p.s. We did this on April 14th. Patty let me program the wod that day. I think she was testing me. So I thought this combination checked all the boxes and when I did it I was happy with the results. I’ve been trying to fit it into our programming ever since. So here it is!
