There are still a few spots open on Saturday for Murph. Get registered if you’re interested! The 8 am class is closed out, but there’s still room in the 9 am class. Sunday the gym is closed.

Also, Coach Mike V will be running Open Gym on Memorial Day Monday from 8-10. You can come in and get a workout in or hit Murph if you missed it. Also on the board will be a Shred wod and a Thor Fitness wod. Your Choice!

And lastly, please sign up for something to bring (if you’d like to) for Murph. Kevin P. will be making bacon the night before for bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. He will be providing the eggs and bacon. There will be a sign up sheet on the whiteboard. I know there has been a thread on the Thor Fitness Facebook page regarding who is bringing what. Please put it on the sign up sheets so we don’t duplicate.
