Today was the start of the six week Nutrition Challenge. I will have sheets up on the PR board for you to enter your total points for each day. Keep track on the days you are not in the gym and enter them when you get in. Also, I would like to hold everyone accountable and do a weigh in each week. Good luck everyone!
