We had an awesome turnout for Bring a Friend to Thor Fitness Day! It was great meeting your friends and watching you “coach” them through a great team wod. I will definitely have another one soon!

If you are in the Nutrition Challenge, make sure you get in this week to get weighed and measured and pay. We are starting today!! I will have a sheet for you all to put your points up for the week as well. I’m still working on that. Good luck to you all! I believe we have 25 signed up. Don’t give up. You’ll have some good days and bad. Use each other as a support system and share recipes as well.
