This Saturday is Barbell For Boobs at 9 am! How many years have we been doing this?? 6 or 7 years? There will be one class on Saturday at 9 am. I will have a sign up sheet for you to sign up for a heat. The workout will be “Grace” which is 30 clean and jerks for time. Rx weights are 135#/95#, but you will be able to scale your weight. You will have a “judge” to help push you and motivate you through the workout. Don’t forget to wear pink!!

1 : 1 ratio. Rest the time it takes to row each 400 meter interval. Go all out on each interval. Post your best times for each interval
