This Saturday is Barbells for Boobs @ 9 am. There will be no 8 am class. If you did not raise money, it does not mean you can’t come in and workout. Come in and get it done at 9 am. There will be two heats. Heat one will “judge” heat two and then reverse. After we will have Kettlebell Kitchen food and beer, wine and champagne. I hope you can all make it! I’ll be announcing the money raised individually and as a team total.
