Monday was a great day for me watching you all tackle “Jerry” again. It’s a tough workout that takes most of us out of your comfort zone …so much running and rowing!! A lot of you did better this time around, and for some it was the first time and killed it! So great work today everyone. So now let’s overhead squat today!!!
