A big thank you to my friend, Kathleen, who got the website up and running again! Check it out and navigate the pages. The blog is a little different. Give me your feedback. I will also still be sharing the post to Face book.

So I’ve been asked to host another In-house competition from more than one Thor Fitness member. I think this is a great idea in our new home. I was thinking some time in July, and a team competition would be great with teams of two men, or two women, or coed. What do you think? Or do you prefer to do another individual throw down?

And my last announcement … this Sunday I would like to have a “Friends and Family Day” during the 9 and 10 am class. Do you know someone that you would enjoy doing CrossFit but is a little hesitant? ┬áBring them in!
