This Sunday is our in-house throwdown (yes, I’m going to repeat this over and over again.) It’s been brought to my attention that it’s easier to judge toes to bar. With that said, the RX chipper wod will be changed to Toes to bar instead of Knees to elbow. The scaled standards will remain the same with Knee ups (knees come up above hips from a dead hang.) I’ll be posting the three workouts this week as a reminder as to what we have in store for Sunday. It’s not too late to sign up even if it’s the day before.
