Love it guys. Way to go at those Deficit DLs. I saw great intent. This tempo work will pay off. So far since the comeback we’ve hit cleans, snatches, thrusters, pullups, toes to bar, DLs, front squats, KB variations, wall balls and OHS just to name a few and you guys have been ready for it all.
