No real news today after that whirlwind. I got some really nice messages of support from a lot of you and it’s appreciated. To set some minds at ease, please know that there is nobody more devoted to the sport of CrossFit and no bigger believer in the effectiveness of traditional CrossFit and mixed modal functional fitness training than me. So that’s what we will continue to do.

I also am a believer in Blaze type cardio circuits, and I think its fun to take a break and work on the physique like our Shred classes. So we’ll be doing everything! Stay tuned.
