So I’d like curls with an odd object. If you have a barbell, good. A plate, a case of water. All good. Find something heavey you can curl with two hands.

Scale the diamond push-ups if they don’t feel right.

Regular push-ups, knee push-ups, push-ups to a table or chair, all good.

If you have a heavey object you can curl with two arms, do 10 reps. If you are doing one armed curls, do ten left, then ten right.
