No strength today. We have a 30 minute emom. You may need to scale back on reps. Ideally you want to work 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest and transition time. 10 – 15 reps on the burpee may be a better choice. Don’t be afraid to scale or modify your workouts. I notice those of you who tend to go too heavy are still going too heavy. This will slow your workouts down and take the consistency and intensity out of your workouts. Next workout I want to see some good finish times instead of who can go the heaviest and be last or second to last to finish. Try Fitness instead of Open and performance and not only see how you do but how you feel.
