The 2018 Open starts this Thursday with 18.1 announced at 8 pm. If you have not registered, it’s not too late! Just do it! There is a scaled division as well as RX. You have 5 weeks to tackle some tough workouts and challenge yourself. Every Saturday we will get together as a community and do these workouts together. If you want to judge, go on www.crossfit.com and take the judges course. 

Again… there are about 8 of you who have not paid for the Open t shirt or tank top yet. Please have your money in by tomorrow!
