We are only into week #2 of the Nutrition Challenge, and so many of you haven’t even been in to workout! What is going on??? You have to workout AND eat clean. We live in a world of instant gratification. If we don’t see results or get what we want today, then we throw in the towel. This challenge is not easy!! And you will not lose 20 pounds in one week with shredded abs. You have to work hard, and it will take time. You must workout along with clean eating!! Those of you getting in training hard coupled with a clean diet, keep up the good work.

Don’t forget to put your name and t shirt or tank shirt size on the sheet on the whiteboard. I will be placing this order for Open shirts very soon.
