After warm up we’re going to take 15 minutes to work on a “goat.” A “goat” is something you need to work on whether it be double unders, overhead squats, muscle ups ect. So have an idea of what you want to work on.

If you have not downloaded the wod tracking app Sugarwod, be sure to do so and join the Thor Fitness team. This is not only a place to put your score for workouts and PR’s, but it’s also a big support system amongst your fellow Thor Fitness peeps. I notice a lot of you used to post but now have not Or only post your score when you do well in a workout. This is not what this is about. Drop the ego and post your good, bad and ugly scores. It’s not always about being the best.
