Friday is the last Open workout that will be announced Thursday night at 8 pm. As you know, we have no idea what the workout will be until then. What do you think Open wod 14.5 will be? I say burpees and thrusters or squat cleans. If you are competing in the Open, be sure to get judged on Friday or Monday am the latest.
