Just a reminder, the 5:15 and 6:15 class on Friday evening is cancelled this week only. Sorry for any inconvenience!! Regular schedule resumes next Friday. Flex teams be sure to get together with your teammates over the next few weeks and practice the workouts. Don’t show up the day of competition with no practice. Be prepared!! Also, I have someone who can do your t shirts for you if you want t shirts made up with your team name on it. He is one of our Thor Fitness members who has a company specializing in apparel printing and more. I will put you in touch with him.
