Ron doing extra credit!
Let’s work on overhead squats today. This is a “goat” for many of you and for some others something you actually love to do. Whatever the case may be, come in and work on overhead squats. After, we have “Fran,” one of the infamous girl wods we love and hate at the same time. If you know your last “Fran” time, be sure to PR this time.
