Just a reminger, there’s no weightlifting class this Saturday at 10 am, but there will be open gym.
I’d like to ask you all to pitch in and help keep the gym neat, clean and tidy. If you use the gymnastic mats to practice your gymnastic skill, please fold it back up after using and make sure the mat is clean. If you use the rollers and bands for mobility, put the rollers back where they belong and take the bands off the rig. Do not leave them hanging. When using the plyo boxes, please put them back in an organized fashion. The blue boxes can be stacked, but the Rogue boxes can not. When using Kettle bells, please put them back in weight order. And if you bring your children to the gym, please make sure there’s no food and wrappers left on the floor. Thank you for your cooperation!
