Great day Saturday. You guys all looked great hitting that grind. Nice job!
I’d still like to continue work on the cleans. The clean pull is a great way to load up the barbell and get some heavy weight off the ground and extend and shrug. Let’s get some heavy doubles and then translate it to a good squat clean.
