SHRED starts next Sunday. For those of you that are unfamiliar with SHRED class, it is a Crossfit based class that focuses on strict strength and bodybuilding movements such as bench press, strict press, bicep and tricep direct work, abs and other classic split based wods. It will be held on Sundays at 8 and 9:15.
But for tomorrow we have regular class . . .
