SCHEDULE ANNOUNCEMENT: I will be away twice in February. Everything will remain the same except there will be no SHRED on Sunday the 9th or Sunday the 23rd. The Sunday schedule on those days will be 9am and 10am regular CrossFit. The TRIIB app will be updated to reflect these changes.
