Today we have a SHRED benchmark with our 100 bench, 100 ring row workout. It’s a classic, high volume chest and back workout. We’re finishing it up with 100 abmat situps.

Every minute for 10 minutes complete 10 empty barbell curls and 10 Barbell or DB tri extensions
