    Yikes! I used my get out jail for free card today and skipped the workout and promised I would go tomorrow! Tomorrow’s workout is a killer! Now I have to move on to plan B and get Rich drunk so he sleeps in! Headed to the liquor store now to get some Patron!
    Is there a “small non phat Helen” version workout that exists with less running????
