Regular hours today at 9 and 10. Monday we will be open for one class at 8 am. Next week there will be an open gym time slot at 10:30 am Monday through Friday.

Just a reminder for those who have not set any goals up in the book, do it soon and start working on things you want to improve. There is only a few entries so far. Dylan set up a goal on his power clean and has since surpassed it by #15. Let’s get busy and think of some goals that you want to enter.
