Who is ready for the 2017 Open?? Click HERE to register. If you’re new to CrossFit and do not know what the Open is or the CrossFit Games, check on that link as well for more information. This year I’d like to do things a little bit different. Instead of doing the Open workouts during class the day after they are announced, I’d like to have us all come together every Saturday for the five weeks and take turns competing and judging. I’ll also be happy to judge anyone that might not be able to come in on Saturdays to get it done. Let me know what you think!!
