I hope you’ve all kicked off the holidays on a positive note. It’s a great time of year to spend time with family, eating your favorite food and drinking … alot. It’s also a time where most of you disappear and blame the holidays for your lack of attendance. Don’t let this happen this year!! It’s such a poor excuse to stop training. After all, you’re in and out in an HOUR!! Get your shopping done on line and make time to workout. YOU CAN DO IT! This is not the globo gym. This is CrossFit.
