How does everyone feel after completing Open 16.1 workout? It’s a good thing we have such a big huge space. Not only was this first open workout grueling, but it was long! If you still have not been judged, I will be available between classes or after the 10. Be sure to get there early and get warmed up and ready to go. If you have not entered your score, do so now. If you wait last minute, you’re taking a chance not getting your score validated on time. The cut off is Monday at 5 pm.

Also, If anyone want Progenex, let me know ASAP. I am placing an order this week and will not be ordering anything extra.
