The gym is almost set up! Steve hung the ropes and some rings. All that’s left to do is the wall ball lines. Time to get ready for the CrossFit Games Open 2016. Who’s in? Check out the details HERE. There are different divisions, which makes it open to many more athletes interesting in competing. The workouts are announced and we will be doing the workouts the day after. So we will all be doing the workouts regardless if you register or not. If you want to take the judges course, that would be a big help to me. It’s also a great way to get you all involved. So let’s gear up for the Open starting February 25th – March 28th.
