Today is Kevin Murray’s last day at Thor Fitness. He’ll be moving on to bigger and better things as he pursues his Air Force career. He’s only been with us for a few months, but we’re going to miss him! He’s been training hard and his hard work is going to pay off and take him far. So for his last workout Kevin asked me to put something “really horrible” (his exact words) together as his send off wod. So I thought it fitting to do a new hero workout that just came out on the main site. Of course there will be a modified and scaling option posted at the gym. Good luck Kevin!
